Run of House rooms are defined as traditional rooms with one king size bed.
An additional $20 fee, plus taxes and applicable fees, will be added to the
rate to guarantee a room equipment with two (2) full-size beds.
Reservation Cut-Off Date
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this guest room block is Monday, February 15, 2010.
Reservations requests received after 5:00pm. local time at Hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted at
Hotel's prevailing rate, based on room type availability. Failure to reserve guest rooms before the
cut-off date will not impact the enforceability of the Attrition or Cancellation clauses.

The Hotel guarantees the following rates to your group:

All rooms rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are
currently 11% government tax and an 11% fee, changed per room, per night.
Extra person charge is $25.00 per night. Children under 16 years of age may stay for
free in their parent's room using existing bedding.
There special rates will be offered three (3) days prior and three (3) days after
the Groups' dates as indicated on the first page of this contract, subject to
availability of rooms at the time of reservations.
Early Departure Fee
In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within Group's guest
room block check out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure
fee of one night room and tax will be charged to that guest's individual account. Gusts
wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in
the scheduled length of stay. Hotel will inform members of Group of this fee upon check-in.
Hotel will deduct any early departure fees that are collected by the Hotel from any amount
Group may owe as guest room attrition.
Non-Commissionable
The Group of guest room rates quoted by the Hotel shall be on a net, non-commissionable
basis.

All rates prices are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars only. All checks should be made payable to Sheraton Old San Juan Hotel & Casino.
A valid credit card is required for individually responsible accounts.
